Voted the Best Food Marketplace by National Geographic in 2012, you can almost taste the cheeses from all over the world, the pasta with homemade sauces, the fresh fruits & vegetables and the decadent desserts as you venture through the buildings! Open year round this market's building has been in Toronto from before Canada was even a country. There was even a great kitchen gadget store with many items that slice and dice! We made sure to buy from many of these family bakers, cooks, farmers, store owners and cheese vendors and I must say that this excursion was a delicious one! By the way...
